NotebookLM Editor Terms of Service

Effective date: October 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of NotebookLM Editor at https://notebooklm.10xboost.org (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.

Service and accounts

The Service lets users upload PDF presentations, recognize and edit text, analyze content, and export PDF or editable PowerPoint files. You must provide accurate account information, secure your account, and upload only files you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for reviewing recognized text, formatting, analyses, and exports.

Plans and billing

Current features and billing intervals appear at /plans. Paid plans renew until canceled. Stripe handles payments. You may manage or cancel an existing plan in account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires or purchase terms expressly state otherwise.

Content, data, and acceptable use

You retain ownership of uploaded files and edits and grant us a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and transmit them only to provide and secure the Service. The Service processes Google account information, uploaded PDFs, extracted text and images, edits and exports, usage counts, billing status, and operational logs. You must not upload unlawful, confidential, infringing, or malicious material without authority; bypass limits or security; interfere with the Service; or use outputs to violate law or third-party rights.

Third-party services

The Service may use Google sign-in, Google Cloud Storage and processing infrastructure, OCR and AI providers, Stripe, MongoDB, Cloudflare, and analytics or support providers. Their own terms apply. We do not control their availability or decisions.

Ownership, termination, disclaimers, and liability

We own the Service, excluding your content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it as intended. We may suspend access for a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, third-party harm, or Service discontinuation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; OCR, layout reconstruction, analysis, and exports may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
