This policy explains how NotebookLM Editor handles information at https://notebooklm.10xboost.org.

Information we process

We process Google account details used for authentication; PDFs and other files you upload; extracted text, page images, edits, analyses, and export settings; usage counts and plan status; support messages; and technical logs. Uploaded files may be stored temporarily during processing. Stripe handles payment card details.

Uses and disclosures

We use information to authenticate users, process documents, provide OCR and editing, create requested exports, enforce plan limits, maintain billing status, secure and troubleshoot the Service, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Data is disclosed only as needed to Google sign-in, Google Cloud Storage and processing infrastructure, OCR and AI providers used to fulfill requests, Stripe, MongoDB, Cloudflare, analytics or support providers, or valid legal process.

Retention and security

Uploaded working files are deleted after processing when the feature does not require persistent storage. Account preferences, usage counts, transaction records, and security logs are kept only as reasonably necessary. Downloads you save are controlled by you. We use encrypted transport and access controls, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may manage account details and an existing plan through the Service. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact [email protected]. We may verify identity and retain limited records required for legal or security purposes. Providers may process data internationally under applicable safeguards. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date.
